People with a life-threatening illness or grief can benefit from having an opportunity to explore feelings, learn coping strategies, and give and receive support in a group setting.

Our goal is to improve quality of life through support, caring, sharing, listening and laughter.

In these groups, participants benefit from a combination of professional and peer support. If you know anyone who would benefit from participating, please have them give us a call at 742-4042.

Each group runs throughout the year.  Please call for a start date.
