Festival of Trees
For
the past 15 years, the Peterborough Festival of Trees
has launched the holiday season for the citizens of
Peterborough and the surrounding areas while raising
valuable dollars that support health care in the
community. Over $4 million, has been raised over the
years to help the Festival health care beneficiaries
carry out their services in our regional community. This
is a wonderful testament to the generous and caring
nature of the Festival supporters. The 16th
annual Festival of Trees has recently announced that
$231,000 will be distributed to its health care
beneficiaries. Peterborough Regional Health Centre
Foundation, St. Joseph’s Care Foundation and Hospice
Peterborough will each receive $77,000.
